CANYON GATE is a subdivision of luxury homes in a extravagent private community located almost 15 minutes west of the Las Vegas Strip. Canyon Gate homes were developed on nearly 320 acres of the Las Vegas valley. The centerpiece of the Canyon Gate Community is its 18-hole championship golf course, which was designed by Ted Robinson. The 6,742-yard course offers 70 sand traps and lush green fairways set amongst 12 lakes and desert landscaping.
There are more than 500 custom and semi-custom homes in Canyon Gate. The community is partitioned into two sections: The northwest side of Canyon Gate has many production homes. Many of the larger homes back up to the golf course, with smaller homes surrounding the area. Most homes are built with a Mediterranean theme, and many offer golf course views or waterscape settings
